The Consumer Grievance Officer acknowledges a consumer complaint within 48 hours and redresses it within one month of receiving it.

Subscriptions, cancellations & refunds

A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the next renewal, in accordance with the subscription terms of the app store you bought it from. Cancel in Google Play, or on iPhone in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store through which you purchased Talira Plus and to applicable consumer law. Apple or Google may handle refund requests directly. Where the store’s developer tools permit, Renyra may also process or assist with a refund through that store.

Paid with UPI Autopay and Talira Plus hasn’t unlocked? After AutoPay is set up, your bank can take a few minutes to confirm it, and Plus unlocks once that is done. Give it a few minutes, then open Me › Talira Plus › Restore purchases. If it still has not unlocked, write to support@taliracares.com with your Google Play order details.

I bought Talira Plus by mistake. What should I do? Write to support@taliracares.com with your Google Play or App Store order details, and we will help you with the refund options available.

How do I cancel Talira Plus? In the store you bought it from: Google Play, or on iPhone in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; deleting Talira does not cancel the subscription. Everything you have already logged stays yours, with or without Plus.
